The NOVA Auxiliary was founded in 1974, and its first president was the late Dorothy Makosky. In 1975, the late Marie Dean assumed the role of Auxiliary President until 2021. Julia Barna, served on the auxiliary since 1975 and as president from 2021 – 2025. Linda Dean assumed the role of Auxiliary President in 2026. The auxiliary has been, and continues to be, an integral part of our organization and its support over the past 52-years has played a large part in the success of NOVA.
