| NOVA will bill your insurance carrier for the emergency medical services listed above. You are responsible for forwarding any payments received from your insurance carrier to NOVA. | |
Medically necessary non-emergency medical transportation services may be covered by your insurance carrier. NOVA is a participating provider for Medicare and Medicaid and will submit medically necessary claims for non-emergency medical transportation services to your carrier on your behalf. Patients whose coverage is with another insurance carrier must pre-pay for non-emergency medical transportation services and submit claims to their insurance carrier for reimbursement. | |
